Returns & Exchanges

At Loopy Cases, we want you to love your case and never drop your phone again. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process for a return or an exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the item you wish to send back and download your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your Loopy Case in its original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label to the outside of the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
